LIGHT DIFFUSING INSULATING GLASS

OKALUX insulating glass elements with capillary slabs provide even and glare-free diffusion of daylight. The little capillary tubes on the inside work like little air cushions which prevent the convection of gases in the inter-pane cavity.
  • Diffuse the daylight deep into the room.
  • Provide a very good sun and glare control.
  • Excellent heat insulation properties.
  • Light transmission values individually adjusted.

Narrow layout with standard U-value for museums and sporthalls.

Narrow layout with optimized U-value for museums and sport halls.
Configuration:
- Double pane glass with thermal or solar control coating
- Capillary slab with glass fibre tissues
- Cavity with/without thermal control gas

OKALUX K
High demands on light transmission and sun control
Configuration:
- Outer pane with thermal or solar control coating
- Cavity with thermal control gas
- Intermediate pane
- Capillary slab with glass fibre tissues

OKALUX EVO
Narrow layout with good U-value for museums and sport halls. Gives the KAPILUX look without through-view.
Configuration:
- Double pane glass
- Capillary slab with on both sides glass fibre tissues 16-40 mm

KAPILUX T/W
High demands on light transmission and sun/glare control with partial transparency.
Configuration:
- T= Capillary slab made of transparent material
- W= Capillary slab made of white-tinted material
- Outer pane with thermal or solar control coating
- Cavity with air or thermal control gas
- Intermediate pane
- Cavity with 2 offset Kapipane slabs
- Inner pane

KAPILUX WS
Roof glazing with high demands on sun and glare control.
Configuration:
- Same as the Kapilux T or W, however, with individually orientable capillary axes

OKAPANE
Light diffusing insulating panels for double-shelled
U-profiled glass (Linit, Profilit) with considerable reduction of U-values.
Configuration:
- U-profiled glass with light diffusing capillary slabs
- Delivery of Okapane loose, or ready-to-mount systems
